Tourist Information Centre Week and guided walk
From 24 to 31 October 2025, the 6th annual national event, the Week of Tourist Information Centres, organised by the Association of Tourist Information Centres of the Czech Republic, will take place.
This event is held on the occasion of World Information Development Day, proclaimed by the United Nations in 1972. The aim is to commemorate the importance of free access to information and its role in a connected world.
Traditionally, the Tourist Information Centre of the City of Příbram joins the event on Friday 24 October 2025. Visitors can look forward to a small gift, a pleasant atmosphere and the opportunity to learn more about what our city has to offer. You can find us on Prague Street, open daily from 9am to 5pm.
And to make matters worse, on Friday 24 October from 3 pm you can take part in a guided walk through the centre of Pribram. The start is at the entrance to the Church of St. James on T. G. Masaryk Square. The walk is free and will offer interesting stories and lesser-known information about the history of the town.
Come take a walk, stop by the information center and celebrate TIC Week with us. We look forward to seeing you there!
