After 1950, the house was confiscated once again for healthcare purposes. In the autumn of 1990, the house was returned to the Church and is now registered as the property of the Roman Catholic parish of Svatá Hora. In the early years, the house was looked after by volunteers, mostly pensioners and nuns.
